Design for Kids

Sara Ferrari was invited to lead and organise the third edition of “Design for Kids”, a periodical workshop designed by Italian company Chicco.
This year the theme was “aiutami a fare da solo”, a famous quote from Nobel Peace Prize nomination Maria Montessori.
Sara guided a group of 14 students from different design schools, specifically selected for the workshop.
The goal of the workshop was to understand the values of the Montessori’s educational methodology and consider them while designing new products for kids.
A few projects resulted from this short but intense experience, will be developed further more and possibly enter the company’s catalogue.
